Currently scheduled to open in 2025, Gerry Wright B LRT Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) will be utilized by the City of Edmonton and ETS partners for the storage, and maintenance of the light rail trains for the West Valley Line.

Approximately 185,000 sq feet the facility will be used by ETS to store light rail and transit assets, including support and maintenance equipment.

The building will be equipped with several renewable energy features including a 570kW solar array. The building is equipped with a DC Traction Power System, and Overhead Catenary Systems, and Overhead Cranes.
